Shipping Policy

Shipping Area

We currently ship within Australia only.

At this stage, we only ship to New South Wales (NSW), Victoria (VIC), and the Australian Capital Territory (ACT).

Orders are packed every Monday and sent via Express Shipping.

For orders over $500, Signature on Delivery will be automatically added at no extra cost. This additional service is covered by KODEK.

International shipping is not available at this time.

We do not ship to regions with strict biosecurity restrictions, including:

  • Western Australia (WA)
  • Tasmania (TAS)
  • Northern Territory (NT)

Dispatch Schedule

All orders are dispatched once per week, every Monday.

  • Cut-off time: Sunday
  • Orders placed after the cut-off will be processed in the following week’s dispatch cycle

This schedule allows us to prepare each plant carefully and ensure it is in optimal condition before shipping.

Shipping Method

We use EXPRESS domestic shipping services.

Address Requirements & PO Boxes

Customers must provide a valid and complete street address at checkout.

We can deliver to PO Boxes; however, a valid street address is still required for order processing and verification purposes.

Delivery times may vary depending on the courier service.

Delays may occur due to weather conditions or operational factors.

We prioritise plant health and safe delivery over speed to ensure your order arrives in the best possible condition.
